Welcome to JD Productions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our photography/videography services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the booking.

1. Services

1.1. Description: JD Productions offers professional photography services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, events, and commercial shoots. Our services may include photography sessions, editing, printing, and product delivery, as agreed upon with each client.

1.2. Agreement: By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the specific terms, pricing, and deliverables outlined in our agreement or contract.

1. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation

2.1. Pricing: The pricing for our services will be discussed and agreed upon with each client. The pricing may vary based on the type of service, duration, and additional requested features.

2.2. Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking and reserve the agreed-upon date and time. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in our agreement or contract.

2.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. Cancellation: If the client cancels the shoot within two (2) days prior to the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged.

b. Rescheduling: If the client requests to reschedule the shoot within two (2) days of the scheduled date, a rescheduling fee of $15 will be charged. The cancellation and rescheduling fees aim to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

1. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, cooperation, and timely responses necessary for the successful provision of services. This includes but is not limited to providing details about the shoot, sharing preferences, and adhering to agreed-upon schedules.

3.2. Venue and Permits: Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits, permissions, and access to venues required for the shoot. JD Productions cannot be held liable for any limitations or restrictions imposed by venue owners or authorities.

1. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Service Limitations: While JD Productions strives to provide high-quality photography services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences, natural conditions, or limitations beyond our control.

4.2. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold JD Productions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or violation of these Terms.

1. Modifications to the Terms

JD Productions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Santa Rosa County, Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
