1.1. Clients who wish to cancel their photography or videography services must provide written notice to JD Productions as soon as possible. The cancellation request should be sent via email or delivered in person.
1.2. If a cancellation request is received within 2 days prior to the scheduled session or event, a cancellation fee of $30 will be applied. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the client.
1.3. If a cancellation request is received after the photography or videography session has taken place, no refund will be provided.
Dissatisfaction with Services:
2.1. We take great pride in our work and aim to exceed our clients' expectations. If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered photographs or videos, they should notify JD Productions within 2 days of receiving the final products.
2.2. The client must provide a detailed explanation of their concerns and specific reasons for their dissatisfaction. We will review the complaint and, at our discretion, take appropriate actions to address the issue.
2.3. In the event that we are unable to resolve the client's concerns to their satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future photography or videography services.
Equipment Failure or Force Majeure:
3.1. In the rare event of equipment failure, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, JD Productions reserves the right to reschedule the session or event or provide a refund at our discretion.
3.2. We will make every effort to inform the client in advance and discuss suitable alternatives.
4.1. To secure our photography or videography services, a non-refundable deposit of [percentage/amount] is required upon booking.
4.2. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except for instances where JD Productions is unable to fulfill its obligations or agrees to a refund at its sole discretion.
